Incidence of myocarditis

Myocarditis is more frequent in winter and spring and can develop in all age groups, but is more common in young adults who are usually healthy and have no underlying organic disease. There is no significant gender difference in the incidence of the disease, and the incidence is higher in people who have been fatigued for a long time. Most of the cases are common acute myocarditis, which is mild, and a few are fulminant myocarditis, which accounts for 4%-5% of all acute myocarditis. The treatment of myocarditis is usually adjuvant supportive therapy, especially viral myocarditis, which is a self-limiting disease, mainly for the clinical manifestations of myocarditis related to the treatment of acute myocarditis patients should avoid lack of oxygen exercise.
