We would like to inform you of the following activities in April 2011.
1. Public Lecture
Topic: How to deal with the psychological stress caused by mental illness? Yuan Chengmei, Psychiatry Department, Shanghai Mental Health Center
Speaker: Jun Chen, M.D.
Jun Chen, M.D., attending physician in the Department of Mental Disorders, has been engaged in clinical, teaching and research work in psychiatry for nearly 10 years, and has just returned from studying in the United States in 2011.
Having a mental illness/mental illness is undoubtedly painful, but what is more painful is the psychological pressure that the illness brings to us. Am I too fragile? Am I not strong enough? What will people think of me? All kinds of self-questioning, blame and worry often add to our condition. Dr. Jun Chen will discuss with you how to deal with such psychological stress.
