If your baby’s eyes are yellow and pus-like, conjunctivitis may be caused by bacterial or chlamydial infection. This can be accompanied by bilateral or unilateral conjunctival congestion. You can flush your baby’s eyes with saline first, and after flushing, use Tobex eye drops 3-4 times a day. For severe congestion with extra large amount of eye drops, you can use eye drops every 3 hours. If the conjunctivitis is only unilateral, it is better to use eye drops on the other side at the same time. Also, pay attention to disinfecting your baby’s hands and wash them regularly, as well as disinfecting the towels your baby uses to avoid cross-infection.
