Gynecomastia

Different methods are used for gynecomastia depending on the degree of glandular and fat and skin laxity. I. Simple breast fat aspiration: The incision is about 5mm long and can be made without sutures or without removing stitches, and is suitable for fatty patients. This method has the most concealed scar, and the recovery is more. Simple glandular excision: the incision is about 3cm long, located under the areola, and is suitable for glandular-based type. Combination of fat aspiration and glandular excision: the incision is about 1 to 2 cm long, suitable for mixed type, and most gynecomastia can use this technique. At present, our department is skilled in all kinds of methods and chooses different methods according to the different conditions of patients. Most of the surgeries are performed on an outpatient basis, and the patient can go to work on the second or third day after surgery, and the stitches are removed or not removed in about a week.
