The common causative organisms of colds include bacteria, viruses and atypical pathogens, which can also cause glassy nodules in the lungs. Therefore, patients who develop glassy nodules in the lungs after colds should complete the routine blood tests, mycoplasma antibodies, viral antibodies and other related tests to evaluate the possible causative organisms, and then make targeted treatment according to the possible causative organisms. The treatment should be tailored to the possible causative agent(s). For viral infections, antiviral drugs may be used. Antibiotics such as moxifloxacin, cefixime, roxithromycin, etc. may be used if the patient has a bacterial infection. If the mycoplasma is the cause of the pyoderma, a macrolide antibiotic or a quinolone antibiotic may be used.
