What’s wrong with frequent wheals?

Patient: Since I first got mydriasis at the age of about 5, I’ve had frequent flare-ups, on average 8 to 10 times a year, both inside and outside. Every time I went to the hospital, the doctor said I was using my eyes unhygienically, and I usually took care of it, but when I went to college to live in a group, I realized I was already taking care of my eye hygiene, but I still had frequent flare-ups. I’ve been looking on the internet for a while and it says that I might have Staphylococcus aureus, is that a possibility? If this is true, what should I pay attention to in general? Is there an eye drop that I can use to prevent this? Thank you. If I have to have multiple surgeries or wait for the pus to come out naturally, it will still grow later. I want to know if it is a bacterial infection, what should I pay attention to in general and are there any preventive measures? Doctor: This condition is mostly related to your idiosyncratic constitution, just like many people are prone to acne. You can go to your local ophthalmology department to do more blepharoplasty may have some effect.
