What’s wrong with high aminotransferase and ghrelin?

Transaminases, especially glutamic acid and glutamic oxalacetic transaminases, are very sensitive in determining the degree of hepatocellular damage and are also important indicators for clinical testing. Elevated aminotransferases are mostly related to lesions of the liver itself and lesions caused by external sources. The liver itself includes intrahepatic bile duct stones, benign and malignant tumors of the liver, liver fibrosis, cirrhosis, fatty liver, alcoholic liver, and cholestatic hepatitis. External factors include drug-induced liver damage, liver trauma, liver abscesses caused by bacterial infections, and other surgical trauma-induced liver damage.
