These behaviors can make diabetes worse

Sugar lovers need to know which foods contain healthy carbohydrates.  5. Always have a sweet tooth.  Sugar lovers who always want to eat cake or candy to satisfy their cravings will never be able to achieve their goal of healthy living. The solution is to learn to be responsible for yourself. Sugar lovers don’t have to give up sweets forever; they can occasionally consume a small amount of cake or chocolate, count them in their total carbohydrate calories for the day, and then just deduct the appropriate calories from their main meals.
