High temperatures and heat to prevent strokes

Stroke, also called stroke, is divided into two categories: ischemic stroke (cerebral infarction) and hemorrhagic stroke (cerebral hemorrhage). Stroke is a common disease in emergency care. It has a high rate of death and disability, and a high rate of recurrence. Especially in summer, it is the season when strokes are more common. 1, high temperature causes emotional stress, which leads to increased stress in the body and induces cerebrovascular disease; 2, hot weather makes blood pressure fluctuations, which can easily lead to cerebral vascular rupture; 3, more sweating in summer, the body’s water is evaporated, blood viscosity increases, which induces cerebral thrombosis; 4, poor rest and disordered diet in summer, the body is in a state of fatigue and stress, the body hormone release level changes, stimulating vasoconstriction, which can lead to stroke. Release level changes, stimulating vasoconstriction, inducing vascular lesions. Many young people think that stroke is a disease of the elderly and has nothing to do with them. In fact, strokes can occur at any age. Clinically, there are about 2 million new strokes in China every year, of which about 11% are among young people, and the trend is increasing. This has a lot to do with the change in lifestyle of young people. For example, many young people lack exercise, like high-fat and high-calorie food, smoking, drinking alcohol, obesity, irregular work life, mental stress, etc.. Poor lifestyle itself is a risk factor for stroke. It can also lead to conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol and hyperlipidemia, diabetes, certain heart diseases, etc. These diseases, in turn, are the cause of stroke. These diseases in turn are important risk factors for stroke. The majority of stroke cases have prodromal symptoms at the time of the stroke. For example, dizziness, headache, vomiting, slurred speech, disorientation of one side of the body after drinking alcohol, excitement or exertion. When a stroke is detected, family members or people around you should be calm and keep the patient lying down with the head lowered. If you are vomiting, turn your head to the side so that you do not inhale the vomit into the airway, and call 120 for medical attention.
