Treatment of prolapsed bladder

Bladder prolapse, also known as bladder prolapse, is a common condition in female patients in which the bladder and uterus move downward and prolapse from the vaginal plane due to relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles. It is also accompanied by a combination of symptoms such as difficulty in urination, poor urination, or excessive residual urine and hydronephrosis. Treatment: 1. For mild bladder prolapse, pelvic floor exercises can be performed to strengthen the contraction of the pelvic floor muscles to reduce the occurrence of prolapse. 2. A uterine support can be used, which is placed inside the vagina and lifts the uterus and anterior vaginal wall upwards, so that the bladder is lifted upwards at the same time and the prolapse symptoms can be relieved. However, the uterine support is only suitable for short-term use, and long-term use can lead to vaginal vesicovaginal fistula and uterine vesicovaginal fistula, so it should not be used for a long time. 3. Surgery can be used to reconstruct the anterior vaginal wall and strengthen the supporting force of the pelvic floor muscles to completely cure the bladder prolapse.
