Lung adenocarcinoma can be classified into early and intermediate to late stages according to the disease condition; and into four stages according to the internationally accepted TNM staging. The stage of lung adenocarcinoma is usually related to the size of the primary lesion, lymph node metastasis, and distant metastasis. Very early stage of lung adenocarcinoma can be asymptomatic, and if there is no contraindication to surgery, early radical surgical resection treatment should be pursued. Stage II, III and IV are intermediate and late stages. Surgery is also recommended for stage II and III, and adjuvant chemotherapy is given after surgery, but the effect is not as good as stage I. For stage IV lung adenocarcinoma, targeted therapy and chemotherapy are the main comprehensive treatment, and surgery at this time will do more harm than good. Patients with lung adenocarcinoma need to maintain a cheerful personality, avoid anger, eat a light diet and avoid spicy and irritating foods as much as possible. Patients with lung adenocarcinoma must quit smoking and must not be exposed to passive smoking and kitchen fumes to avoid aggravation of the disease.
