Dreaming is also a kind of sleep disorder, which needs to be dealt with by analyzing the cause. From a scientific point of view, dreams are a kind of mood created by the sum of various information fragments stored in our body and brain during sleep. In human sleep, we are divided into rapid eye movement sleep and non-rapid eye movement sleep. During a full night’s sleep, we alternate from non-REM sleep to REM sleep in cycles of about every 90-100 minutes, with intervals of 5-6 cycles per night. During sleep, we regain strength in non-REM sleep and energy and memory in REM sleep, and dreams occur during REM sleep. In order to sleep more solidly, the following measures are recommended: avoid the intake of substances that affect sleep, such as tobacco, alcohol, coffee, tea or certain drugs; ensure sufficient time for deep sleep: set the right attitude towards dreams: strengthen exercise, keep your mood relaxed and avoid mood swings; arrange your sleep time rationally and develop a good biological clock. If the dream is a nightmare, you need to feel the emotions brought to you in the dream, associate it with what happened in reality, express your emotions at that time, do not suppress it, and if necessary, have psychological counseling and medication. Therefore, excessive dreaming often refers to dreaming or dreaming a lot during the whole night during sleep. Simple dreaming will cause fatigue and depression, while if it is a nightmare it will seriously affect the quality of sleep, and even if you do not feel insomnia, you need to analyze the causes and make targeted treatment.
