What are the minimally invasive urological techniques

Minimally invasive urology techniques include the following: first, minimally invasive prostate techniques, including transurethral prostate plasma electrosurgery, transurethral prostate vaporization electrosurgery, transurethral prostate holmium laser enucleation and many other surgical procedures. They all do not require an incision and enter through the urethra to reach the prostate area to complete the treatment of the prostate. Second, ureteroscopy and nephroscopy, which use special equipment to enter the ureter from the urethra into the bladder to see if there are any lesions in the ureter and renal pelvis, and to treat any lesions that exist using lasers. For example, in patients with stones, laser lithotripsy can be performed under the ureteroscope. For patients with tumors, laser cauterization of the tumor can be performed under ureteroscopy or nephroscopy. Third, laparoscopic techniques, including laparoscopic ureterotomy for stone extraction, laparoscopic ureteral anastomosis, laparoscopic nephrectomy, and laparoscopic adrenalectomy, which only require three channels of about 1cm on the surface of the body to complete the surgery.
