Is urology a male specialty?

Is urology a male specialty? No, it is not. If it is possible that in a small hospital there is no division, then urology and male surgery may be together. Urology and men’s medicine are separate in general hospitals. Urology treats diseases ranging from the adrenal glands, kidneys, ureters, bladder, prostate, urethra, male testicles, epididymal spermatozoa and male fertility, all of which are urological diseases. But male medicine is generally acute and chronic prostatitis, bacterial prostatitis, genital herpes, venereal disease or impotence, premature ejaculation, semen abnormalities, reproductive sexual dysfunction, or reproductive infections, all of which are male medicine. So urology and men’s medicine are now different departments.
