Congenital vaginal atresia can be treated. According to the anatomical characteristics of vaginal atresia, it can be divided into vaginal type I vaginal atresia and vaginal type II vaginal atresia, and the surgical methods for each type are different, such as type I vaginal atresia can be treated with vaginal atresia segmental incision, and type II vaginal atresia can be treated with cervical resection + laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty + uterine artificial vaginal anastomosis. Patients with congenital vaginal closure should keep the vulva clean and dry, and change the underwear and mattress frequently; scrub the vulva with warm water twice a day, and use the same method to clean the vulva after defecation; they should avoid doing exercises that will increase the abdominal pressure, so as to avoid affecting the healing of the wound. Therefore, once the disease is diagnosed, appropriate surgery should be chosen under the guidance of the doctor to maximize the restoration of the patient’s normal anatomical structure and preserve the reproductive function.
