Does heparin fail at 28 degrees?

Heparin is commonly categorized as ordinary heparin, low molecular weight heparin, etc., but all of them may be ineffective at 28℃.
1. Ordinary heparin: It should be stored in a light-blocking, sealed and cool (not exceeding 25℃) environment. It is mainly used for the treatment of formed deep vein embolism, unstable angina pectoris and non-Q-wave myocardial infarction, prevention of venous thromboembolic disease, thrombosis and so on.
2. Low molecular weight heparin: It should be stored under the environment of light shielding, sealing and shade (not more than 20℃). It is mainly used for the treatment of acute deep vein thrombosis, the treatment of unstable angina and non-Q-wave myocardial infarction, and the prevention of thrombosis.
Therefore, there is a risk of heparin failure if kept at 28°C. The drug needs to be stored and applied according to medical advice.
