When is the best time to take antihypertensive drugs

  Antihypertensive drugs are generally appropriate to be taken in the morning after waking up to avoid an early peak in blood pressure. It is generally not recommended to take antihypertensive drugs before bedtime to avoid the danger of hypotension at night.
