How to treat hemoglobinuria

Hemoglobinuria is a very serious form of hematuria. This condition is mainly caused by severe trauma or an error in blood transfusion that destroys a large number of red blood cells or tissues, resulting in hemoglobinuria. If the blood transfusion is wrong, the transfusion must be stopped immediately, a lot of fluids should be given, and first of all the vital signs should be monitored and a small amount of hormones can be used. If the hemoglobinuria is caused by severe trauma, the blood volume should be replenished, infection should be effectively prevented, and effective local debridement and suturing of the trauma should be performed. Only with effective control of the primary disease will hemoglobinuria gradually decrease.
