For patients with damaged tendons and bones, most of them need bed rest, which causes practical atrophy of the limbs on the one hand and further decrease of the bone mass of the bones, on the other hand, due to the decrease of endogenous vitamin D synthesis, which affects the absorption of calcium ions by the body and causes the deficiency of blood calcium concentration, which affects the healing of the fracture. Therefore, we should pay attention to the following points in the diet: First, we should arrange the diet reasonably, try to eat less and more meals, six meals a day, and each time we can reduce the amount of food appropriately, which is more conducive to absorption. Second, should be properly supplemented with energy and protein, a balanced mix, choose more eggs, milk, lean meat and other foods containing high quality protein. Third, in the choice of fats and oils, try to choose vegetable oils, as little as possible to use animal oils. Fourth, we should pay attention to the intake of calcium, adults need at least 800mg of calcium per day, so in the diet should eat more calcium-rich diet, such as shrimp, kelp, and green vegetables, beans, these foods can promote the absorption of calcium ions. Five, should be appropriate to increase the time of sunlight, moderate consumption of vitamin complex to promote calcium absorption, but also to increase the intake of dietary fiber, so as to properly promote the intake of calcium ions, conducive to the recovery of fractures or tendons.
