A: Currently, there are 4 clinical stages of lung cancer, stage I, stage II, stage III and stage IV, and within stage I, there are stages IA and IB, stage IIA and IIB, and stage IIIA and IIIB. The current medical clinical staging is that stage I and II patients can benefit from surgery, while stage IIIB and stage IV are generally not suitable for surgery, while some patients in stage IIIA can be operated directly, and some need to do neoadjuvant chemotherapy before striving for surgery.
