The following rehabilitation evaluations are required for stroke patients entering our rehabilitation medical center: 1) limb: Brunnstrom evaluation, surface electromyography (muscle strength, fatigue); 2) ADL: Barthel index; 3) language: ABC aphasia test; 4) swallowing: drinking test, digital imaging; 5) cognitive: visual related events, P300; 6) cognitive: visualization, P300. Good and perfect rehabilitation evaluation is very important for the development of rehabilitation goals and rehabilitation plans, and quantitative rehabilitation goals are important assessment indicators for rehabilitation therapists.
