Dizziness, nausea and vomiting in the elderly are mainly considered to be caused by the following aspects: firstly, it may be caused by acute cerebrovascular disease, because the elderly may have more or less cerebral atherosclerosis, and there is insufficient cerebral blood supply. When cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction occurs all of a sudden, there will be dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and may be accompanied by ataxia and other manifestations. Secondly, dizziness, nausea and vomiting in the elderly may be caused by spasm of blood vessels or insufficient blood supply to the brain, such as in the case of exertion and cold, it is easy to be induced. Third, the elderly dizziness, nausea, want to vomit, may be some systemic diseases, such as because of cardiac arrhythmia caused by cardiogenic cerebral blood supply insufficiency, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, or anemia and so on.
