Due to the wider age of children, different age can communicate with people and different methods of expression, the precursors are not exactly the same, common precursors are divided into the following: 1, phantom smell: such as smelling abnormal burnt smell, rotten egg smell; 2, phantom hearing: hearing abnormal sound, even call sound; 3, phantom vision: flash before the eyes, black spots, structural abnormalities; 4, taste aura: such as the mouth appears special bitter, sour, sweet taste aura. In younger children, because it is difficult to communicate better with adults, the aura is not clear, mainly manifested as irritability, crying, nausea, vomiting, and different performance from usual, which should cause parents of children with deadly epilepsy to pay high attention. Early identification of the precursors of epilepsy, i.e., epileptic aura, is beneficial in preventing accidental injury from grand mal seizures. Parents of children with epilepsy should pay high attention to the possibility of a child aura when the child shows abnormal performance that is different from the usual life performance. Because of the young age and inability to describe it properly, such aura may cause grand mal seizures and cause accidental injuries.
