Is it true that a pneumothorax cures itself in three moves?

It is not true that a pneumothorax cures itself in three maneuvers. A mild pneumothorax will heal itself after only about a week or so of recuperation; a massive or recurrent severe pneumothorax will not heal itself and will require surgery.
Minor pneumothorax patients can achieve self-healing through bed rest, oxygen therapy and other conservative treatments. Surgery is not recommended, and it is advisable to go to the hospital for an X-ray one week after the occurrence of the pneumothorax in order to find out the status of recovery. When the scope of pneumothorax is large, it is easy to cause respiratory difficulties, patients should go to the hospital to take closed drainage treatment and other treatment measures.
When pneumothorax occurs, patients should rest in bed, ensure sufficient sleep time, avoid heavy physical labor, and standardize treatment under the guidance of doctors.
