How to use ovulation test strips

Ovulation test strips are a test designed to monitor whether a woman is ovulating. The test paper is usually placed in the urine and observed after a period of time to determine if ovulation has occurred based on the lines and shades on the paper. Ovulation test paper is usually used about 10 days after the end of menstruation. To use, the test paper, with the marked end inserted in the urine has been connected, after a period of time to take out the test paper, according to the test paper on the lines and shades to determine whether ovulation. If there is only one bar, it indicates that the result is negative; if it shows 2 bars, and one dark and one light, it indicates that it is ready to start ovulation; if both bars are darker in color, it indicates that ovulation is taking place or is about to take place. It is worth noting that urine is usually chosen from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Morning urine is not usually chosen. This is because morning urine has a higher level of luteinizing hormone, which can affect the test results.
