Uremia is the final stage of the development of various acute and chronic renal diseases, by this stage, most of the patient’s renal function has been lost, so the patient will have multi-system clinical symptoms. Patients will have symptoms of swelling and high blood pressure due to the decrease of glomerular filtration rate; many patients with uremia first affect the digestive system, patients will have symptoms of anorexia, nausea, vomiting; affecting the blood system will be combined with anemia, patients will have symptoms of fatigue; with the aggravation of renal disease, symptoms of tightness in the chest, shortness of breath, and dyspnea may occur.
