Before doing hysteroscopy, you need to do blood routine, coagulation four, gynecological examination, infectious disease examination and so on.
1. Blood routine: including red blood cell count, hemoglobin, white blood cell, white blood cell classification count and platelet, etc. It can understand whether the blood cells of the examinee are abnormal or not, so as to judge whether there are infections, anemia, etc., and exclude the patients from being affected by adverse effects during hysteroscopy.
2. Coagulation four: including prothrombin time, prothrombin time, fibrinogen and activated partial thromboplastin time, which can understand whether the patient’s hemostatic function is defective or not, and prevent possible hemorrhage.
3. Gynecological examination: including pelvic, abdominal and physical examination, which can find out whether the patient suffers from gynecological diseases. Acute and subacute reproductive tract infections such as vaginitis and cervicitis are contraindications to hysteroscopy.
4. Infectious disease examination: including Hepatitis B V, Hepatitis C, AIDS and syphilis, to determine whether the patient has infectious diseases.
In addition to the above tests, other tests need to be added according to the patient’s physical condition and whether other diseases are combined. For details, we recommend consulting a specialized doctor.
