How is cavernous anus treated?

The surgery is extremely complicated because of the absence of the bladder neck, urethra and vagina, and the poor development of the spinal nerves, sacrum and spinal cord. There are four problems to be solved through surgery: first, the formation of the bladder neck and urethra so that the patient can control urination; second, the formation of the vagina so that the patient can become a normal woman in appearance and physiology as an adult; third, the reanastomosis of the patient’s ureter and bladder because of their abnormal docking, and fourth. It is to form the anus so that it can defecate normally.
