It helps to understand objectively the reoperation rate of surgical treatment methods. The reoperation rate for fusion surgery 11.7% The incidence of laminectomy 18.6% The incidence of open surgical treatment 13.7% The incidence of endoscopic surgical treatment 12.4% The incidence of interventional fusion 14.7% It is evident that the expectation of finding a treatment method that does not recur after surgery is unrealistic.
