How to determine if the abortion is clean

A week after the abortion, you can check the ultrasound to see if the abortion is clean. If there is no vaginal bleeding and the ultrasound indicates that there is no residue in the uterine cavity, it means that the abortion is clean; if there is recurrent vaginal bleeding and the ultrasound indicates that there is mixed echo in the uterine cavity, it indicates that the abortion is incomplete. If the ultrasound indicates mixed echoes in the uterine cavity, the abortion is incomplete. If the ultrasound indicates no residual tissue, but there is still vaginal bleeding, the abortion is usually clean, but the contractions are not good, then inotropic treatment can be given, or the Chinese herbal medicine Biochemistry Tang plus reduction can be given to promote contractions, eliminate blood stasis and stop bleeding, or you can take Yimu Cao capsule or Yimu Cao granules to eliminate blood stasis and create new blood. If the ultrasound indicates that there is no mixed echo in the uterine cavity, it indicates that the abortion is clean. If the residue of incomplete abortion is relatively large, then treatment with curettage is required.
