If the kidney crystals do not form kidney stones, or the kidney stones are small and do not compress the renal parenchyma or form obstruction, it usually does not lead to elevated blood creatinine; if the kidney crystals form kidney stones and lead to obstructive nephropathy, hydronephrosis and so on, at this time, it may lead to elevated blood creatinine.
