Treatment of cholestatic urticaria

Cholinergic urticaria, or cholinergic urticaria, is treated with general treatment, oral medication and topical medication, through which the condition can be relieved. 1. General treatment: patients with cholinergic urticaria need to avoid triggers, such as the use of irritating toiletries, bathing in too hot water, eating too hot food, drinking alcohol, nervousness and so on. 2. Oral medication: cholinergic urticaria is mainly based on antihistamines, such as cetirizine, loratadine, along with anticholinergic drugs, such as scopolamine. If cholinergic urticaria is in the acute stage, it can be combined with methylprednisolone. 3. Topical drugs: cholinergic urticaria will cause skin lesions, if there is obvious itching, you can use glycerine lotion for wet compresses, so as to relieve the itching phenomenon. Cholinergic urticaria can not be completely cured, only through the above ways to alleviate the condition, the above drugs should be applied in accordance with the doctor’s instructions, not to be used indiscriminately, so as not to lead to adverse consequences.
