Symptoms of liver metastasis of colon cancer mainly include symptoms of liver involvement such as pain in the liver area, systemic symptoms such as anemia and its own late stage symptoms. 1. Symptoms of liver involvement: it may manifest as pain in the right abdominal liver area, pressure pain, liver enlargement and so on. As the disease progresses, jaundice and other manifestations of liver disease may occur. 2. Systemic symptoms: progressive emaciation, fever, anemia, abdominal fluid accumulation, lack of appetite, malaise, malnutrition and cachexia. 3.
