Precision therapy for lung cancer, also known as targeted therapy. It is a therapeutic approach targeting cell signaling and other biological pathways involved in the process of tumorigenesis and development. The broad molecular targets include those involved in tumor cell differentiation, cycle apoptosis, cell migration, infiltration behavior, lymphatic metastasis, and systemic metastasis processes. Generally molecular targeted therapy is indicated for adenocarcinoma cases of lung cancer. In particular, Oriental, female nonsmoking patients with molecular tests, cellular tests suitable, with genetic mutations, such patients are more suitable for molecular targeted therapy.
