Foreskin: The skin of the male penis is the penile foreskin. The foreskin of infants and children wraps the entire penis head, with the growth of age, usually in adolescence the foreskin gradually expanded, the foreskin turned up on its own to the penis crown after the head of the penis exposed.
Circumcision: If the adult penis head is not erect state completely wrapped by the foreskin, erection foreskin still wrapped glans can not be exposed, but can reveal the glans when turned by hand.
Prepuce: if the foreskin is too long and the tip is narrow, the foreskin cannot be turned over completely, that is, prepuce.
The hazards of circumcision and prepuce: The long foreskin is prone to accumulate more foreskin scale which can cause foreskin penile head infection and warts or upstream urinary tract infection, and even induce penile cancer; long-term inflammation can lead to narrowing of the urethra; foreskin scale can also cause infection to women during sexual intercourse and stimulate cervical lesions; there is a risk of embedded prepuce or torn ties during intercourse, which can cause glans necrosis in severe cases.
Circumcision can also be a cause of premature ejaculation in men.
So it’s best to get treatment early and try to go to a regular hospital for treatment of circumcision. If you don’t want to have surgery, you should often turn the foreskin up and clean it.
