How to treat muscle stiffness at the back of the neck

Clinical stiffness of the muscles at the back of the neck occurs in most cases because of injury to the neck muscles due to the patient’s prolonged head-down work or prolonged exposure to cold in the neck muscles. This stiffness is manifested by the presence of adhesions within the muscles. Or in the neck using acupuncture, moxibustion, the application of small needle knife for local prying and loosening, can reduce or relieve muscle stiffness, improve the degree of local muscle adhesions.
