No cold but one side of the nose is just airless may be related to the deviated nasal septum, nasal vestibular cysts, maxillary sinus posterior nostril polyps and so on.
1. Deviated nasal septum: under the effect of uneven development of nasal septum bone and cartilage, trauma and nasal tumor, curved deviation, crest and spine may appear, which is easy to trigger nasal congestion on the side of deviation, so that one side of the nose is not breathable without a cold.
2. Nasal vestibular cysts: the mucous membrane at the bottom of the nasal vestibule mucous gland duct obstruction, gland secretion retention and gradual increase in the formation of cysts, or congenital embryonic development of the facial maxillary protrusion and globus pallidus fusion of the epithelial tissues of the residual or vagus development into a cyst. 3. When there is no cold but one side of the nose is airless, it is recommended to actively seek medical attention, improve the examination, in order to clarify the cause of the disease, early treatment.
