The abdomen is prone to bony protrusions, the glabellar process and the pubic symphysis, both of which are physiological and have no particular cause. The location of the symphysis is in the upper abdomen, below the sternum, and is triangular or diamond-shaped, usually with the tip downward, sometimes inward and sometimes outward. If outward, there may be protruding bones in the abdomen that can move into the abdominal cavity when pressed without pain. In addition, in the lower abdomen where the pubic symphysis and pubic symphysis are located, there may also be protrusions, especially in thin patients with abnormal pelvis, which is also normal. As long as it does not particularly affect the aesthetics, treatment is not necessary. If the bulge is very obvious, corrective surgery can be considered.
