So far, the clinical examination of routine leukorrhea is divided into two kinds: one is the examination of ordinary routine leukorrhea, including cleanliness, trichomonas, mycobacteria, BV infection. The other is the high-magnification routine examination of leukorrhea, which not only includes the contents of ordinary routine examination of leukorrhea, but also includes the examination of gonococcus, mycoplasma, chlamydia, and miscellaneous bacteria, so the results of high-magnification routine examination of leukorrhea are a bit more comprehensive, and it is not easy to miss the diagnosis in the clinic. If there are cases of vulvar itching, increased vaginal discharge, yellowish color, or smelly discharge in daily life, it is recommended to do high magnification routine leukorrhea test, so that the examination is more comprehensive and not to miss the diagnosis. If it is because of IUD, IUD removal or abortion, in the absence of clinical symptoms, ordinary routine leukorrhea test can be done.
