Lung adenocarcinoma with hoarseness should adopt different treatments according to different causes.
1. Hoarseness not related to lung cancer: if the cause of hoarseness is not related to lung cancer, drugs such as budesonide can be used for nebulized inhalation treatment, which can effectively relieve the edema of the mucous membrane of the vocal folds and alleviate the symptoms of hoarseness.
2. Lung cancer invades the recurrent laryngeal nerve: if lung cancer invades the recurrent laryngeal nerve, it may cause hoarseness, and radiotherapy or surgery should be actively adopted to treat lung cancer, and hoarseness can be relieved when the lesion is effectively treated.
3. Lung cancer metastasized to throat: if lung cancer metastasizes to throat and causes laryngeal cancer, hoarseness will also occur, and surgery or radiotherapy should be actively used to treat lung cancer and laryngeal cancer.
Lung adenocarcinoma accompanied by hoarseness may also be caused by other reasons, so one should go to the hospital in time to find out the reasons and take treatments under doctor’s guidance.
