What is the disease of auscultatory twang?

If a patient finds twanging on auscultation, there are usually the following types of diseases. 1. Physiological twanging is common in elderly and bedridden patients. 2. For pathological twanging, the most common are pulmonary stasis, pulmonary edema, pulmonary insufficiency of expansion or non-substantial inflammatory infections, tuberculosis, etc. 3. In bleeding chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema, twanging on auscultation may also occur occasionally. 4. Subcutaneous emphysema of the chest wall, for example, patients with pneumothorax may also have dyspnea accompanied by twanging, hoarseness, tachycardia, etc. 5. Patients with severe hypothyroidism or severe hypoglycemia, for example, may also have pulmonary atelectasis accompanied by twanging.
