Fracture walking pain may be caused by incomplete healing, or it may be caused by walking for too long and soft tissue adhesion. 1. Incomplete healing: when the fracture is not completely healed, the broken end of the fracture may cause irritation when walking, affecting the periosteal nerve fibers, which in turn causes the symptom of pain when walking. 2. Walking for too long: When the fracture is just recovered, walking for too long may lead to muscle spasm and poor blood return, thus causing pain. 3. Soft tissue adhesion: If the fracture is treated conservatively, then the patient needs to be braked, and long time braking treatment may lead to the patient’s soft tissue adhesion, which may cause pain when walking due to soft tissue adhesion. Synovitis, deformity healing and other reasons may also lead to fracture walking pain, feel the pain should go to the hospital in time for examination, symptomatic treatment.
