Dizziness in hypotension is most commonly seen in primary hypotension, secondary hypotension, with symptoms such as weakness, neurologic dysfunction, and other symptoms. Weakness: patients are often depressed and have weakness of limbs, mostly occurring in the morning. This kind of weakness is disproportionate to the physical strength consumed in actual work and activities. 2. Neurological dysfunction: it can be manifested as memory loss, sleep disorders, etc. Autonomic dysfunction is manifested as excessive sweating, pale skin, hot flashes, hot and cold body, palpitations, etc. 3. Other symptoms: there will be loss of appetite, abdominal discomfort, indigestion and so on. There will also be a decrease in immunity. Secondary hypotension should be actively treated for the primary disease.
