Why are there tendons under the testicles

When a tendon-like mass is found under the testicles, it is highly important to consider the possibility of having varicose veins, which usually occur on the left side, but also bilaterally. It usually typically presents as a buildup of varicose veins into the scrotum and settles under the testicles. When touched by hand, clumpy or worm-like thickened veins can be felt, and there is usually no obvious pain, but significant scrotal cramping and swelling can occur. Usually it cannot be felt after lying down and resting overnight, but after standing up and moving around, the masses or varicose blood vessels in the scrotum can gradually increase and can be felt by hand. In severe varicocele, there is little difference between lying down and standing. Further ultrasound examination of the scrotum and examination of the spermatic veins are recommended to find out whether varicocele exists.
