How to treat reflux esophagitis

The treatment of reflux esophagitis includes general treatment, drug treatment and surgery.
1. General treatment: mainly for the change of living habits, diet to eight minutes of fullness, small meals, the diet should be high protein, nutritious, easy to digest, try to avoid spicy and stimulating food, and need to avoid high fat, coffee, chocolate and other foods that will cause the lower esophageal sphincter pressure reduction.
