Cerebrovascular disease is currently ranked first among the diseases that seriously endanger human health. Cerebrovascular disease is a systemic disease with cerebrovascular disease as the main clinical feature, which is caused by intracranial hemorrhagic or ischemic disease and abnormal cerebral hemodynamic syndrome due to congenital or acquired abnormalities of cerebrovascular vessels themselves. With the advancement of modern technology, the diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases have entered a rapid development stage, and clinical techniques are becoming increasingly mature. Especially in the past ten years, minimally invasive technology has been widely carried out in the clinic, as well as the continuous research and development of CNC large medical equipment, the treatment of cerebrovascular disease has entered a brand new development period. At present, the neurosurgery department of Nanjing Brain Hospital treats the following cerebrovascular diseases: 1) endovascular embolization and surgical clamping of intracranial aneurysm; 2) surgical resection and endovascular embolization of cerebral arteriovenous malformation; 3) endovascular embolization of internal carotid artery cavernous sinus fistula; 4) endovascular treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease; 5) endovascular treatment of dural arteriovenous fistula; 6) surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Treatment. Endovascular treatment of cerebrovascular disease is one of the minimally invasive treatment techniques generally accepted by clinicians at present, which is to use femoral artery puncture placement and whole brain angiography to understand the intracranial cerebral vascular situation. A microcatheter is placed within the lesion suitable for endovascular treatment, followed by endovascular embolization for hemorrhagic disease (e.g., aneurysm or cerebral arteriovenous malformation) and thrombolysis or dilator placement for ischemic disease. This eliminates serious intracranial lesions with minimal trauma and avoids the risk and pain of craniotomy.
