I. Introduction of the disease: occult penis is a common congenital developmental abnormality and deformity, also known as buried penis. In the case of concealed penis, the penis body is shrunken and hidden in the body, and only the small pointed foreskin protrudes outside. If the penis skin is squeezed inward by hand, the penis body will be revealed, and when the hand is slightly released, the penis body will retract. Second, the basic information: patient Xiao Chen, male, 23 years old, college students. He does not smoke or drink, and has good living habits. Medical history review: Xiao Chen was found at birth that the foreskin completely covered the glans and could not be turned up to expose the glans, no local redness, swelling and pain, urinary fluency, no urinary frequency and urgency, no obvious discomfort such as visual hematuria, no attention and treatment. As he grew older, his symptoms did not improve, and now he came to our clinic for further surgical treatment. The penis body was shrunken and hidden in the body when lying down, and only the foreskin of the penis was protruding from the surface in the shape of a bird’s beak (see Figure 1). V. Admission diagnosis: occult penis. Post-admission examination: all blood indicators were normal and there were no contraindications to surgery. Treatment: After admission to the hospital, all relevant auxiliary examinations were completed and contraindications to surgery were ruled out, and epidural anesthesia (i.e. epidural block anesthesia, i.e. local anesthetic is injected into the epidural cavity to block the spinal nerve roots and temporarily paralyze their innervated areas) was performed. After returning to the ward, he was given anti-infection and anti-erectile (to prevent the surgical wound from opening during erection) treatment.
