Lung cancer advanced intestinal obstruction is usually caused by cancer cells metastasizing to the intestines, which is usually not easy to treat. Lung cancer is a malignant tumor that occurs in bronchial mucosa or glands of lungs, the cause of which is not yet clear, and it is related to heredity, environment and other factors. Distant metastasis will occur in the late stage of lung cancer, and if the cancer cells metastasize to the intestines, it may cause intestinal obstruction. For intestinal obstruction caused by advanced lung cancer, it is usually not well treated. Firstly, internal treatment includes gastrointestinal decompression, correction of water-electrolyte disorder and acid-base imbalance, and anti-infection treatment. Surgery relieves the obstructive state, such as intestinal resection and intestinal anastomosis. After surgery, anti-tumor treatment such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy and targeted therapy need to be selected according to specific conditions. Bowel obstruction in advanced stage of lung cancer is usually not easy to treat, so it is suggested that patients should seek medical treatment in time and choose appropriate treatment plan according to their individual conditions.
