Pressing points such as the Tianshu point, the Lower Epigastric Point, and the Yinlingquan point can help improve the symptoms of abdominal flatulence, but it may not always be a complete solution.
Tianshu points are points on the Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian, located in the abdomen, 2 inches beside the center of the navel. Tianshu points can help treat gastrointestinal disorders such as bloating, abdominal pain, constipation and dysentery, as well as some gynecological disorders such as dysmenorrhea and irregular menstruation.
Lower Epigastric Point is an acupoint on the Ren Vessel, 2 inches above the navel, and can treat gastrointestinal disorders such as abdominal distension, abdominal pain, eructation (hiccups), and diarrhea.
Yinlingquan acupoint is an acupoint on the foot-taiyin spleen meridian, located on the medial edge of the lower leg, in the depression behind and below the medial condyle of the tibia bone, which can treat abdominal distension, diarrhea, edema and other disorders.
The above acupressure points need to be used under the guidance of a doctor, and should not be operated blindly on their own.
