The Qianhui point is a Dong’s Qi acupoint. The Qianhui point is located on the head, 1.5 inches in front of the Baihui point.
The Qianhui point is located 1.5 inches in front of Baihui (at the midpoint of the line connecting the anterior center line and the line straight up from the tips of the two ears), which is the anterior apex point of the Directing Vessel. It is effective in treating high fever, redness of the eyes, epilepsy, after-effects of stroke, weakness, and convulsions.
This point is located in the middle of the head, and can be punctured by needling, or using a three-pronged needle to puncture and bleed, or using a finger to point and press or a hard object to point and press.
